(June 22, 2015) – In line with its effort to ensure the inclusion of
persons with disabilities and special needs in every facet of mall experience,
SM City Cauayan holds a seminar on Handling Customers with Special Needs among
the mall’s front liners.
Attended by security guards, janitorial and other agency
personnel, tenants, managers, and affiliates of SM, the seminar aims to educate
and equip its employees in providing a better service to persons with
disabilities.
SM Supermalls, though the SM Cares Committee on Disability
Affairs, regularly conduct such activities to strengthen its mission to make
every SM Mall, a mall for all moreover, to create a barriers-free environment
where every customers feels safe and welcome. (PR)
